What is hot pot?
Hot pot is a popular cooking method and dining experience that originates from East Asia, particularly China. It involves a simmering pot of broth placed at the center of the dining table, often kept hot by a portable burner. Diners add and cook a variety of raw ingredients in the broth, which can include thinly sliced meats, seafood, vegetables, noodles, tofu, and dumplings.
